To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care operational efficiency and positive patient experiences
- To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
- To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
- To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement
- To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care
- To monitor and manage compliance with legislative regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement
Essential: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute
Desired:Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field
5 years experience in a Senior Nursing/ Management role in Operation Theater in a hospital setting
- Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment planning nursing diagnosis implementation and evaluation)
- Presentation Skills

- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Cost management principles
- Demonstrate Nursing functional competence (Nursing practice)
- Demonstrate the ability to manage meetings effectively

- Skilled in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures

- UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
