What You'll Bring
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Subject matter expertise of technical and vehicle subjects is expected
- Experience in providing on-the-job technical training with manufacturing personnel
- Experience in providing classroom training
- Proven ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, or education
- Experienced using a Learning Management System (LMS) and ADDIE model of content development
