Job Summary
Job Title: Trader Dairy Commodity (B2B)
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates
We are seeking an experienced Dairy Commodity Trader to manage and expand our B2B trading operations in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading (specifically dairy products such as milk powder butter cheese and related ingredients) a solid network of suppliers and buyers and a proven track record of executing profitable trades.
Experience working in Dubai or the GCC market is essential and proficiency in Arabic (speaking reading and writing) will be considered a significant advantage.

Source and trade dairy commodities (milk powder butter cheese whey etc.) across local and international markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers buyers and distributors within the B2B sector.

Monitor global dairy market trends pricing and supply-demand dynamics to identify trading opportunities.

Negotiate commercial terms contracts and payment conditions with clients and suppliers.

Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of trade deals.

Manage risk through appropriate hedging and pricing strategies.

Prepare and present regular trading performance reports and forecasts to management.

Ensure compliance with regional and international trade regulations and company policies.

Bachelors degree in Business International Trade Agribusiness Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification or certification in Commodity Trading or International Business is a plus.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commodity trading preferably in dairy or agri-commodities.

Proven track record of managing B2B trade operations in the UAE or GCC region.

Demonstrated experience in supplier development contract negotiation and cross-border trade execution.

Strong understanding of dairy market dynamics pricing structures and import/export processes.

Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic speaking reading and writing will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to assess market risks and opportunities.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/trading systems.

Self-driven results-oriented and able to perform under minimal supervision.
