Position Name: Program Manager

Description:

• In the role as Program Manager, you will anchor the programs/engagements to deliver the cutting-edge solutions and services to our customer in Japan.
• Stakeholder management at different levels in the customer organization, to ensure successful sales win
• Manage a PM office for project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, budget management.
• Support Proposals for new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 18 years of industry experience.
• At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 10 years of domain experience in Banking and Financial services industry.
• Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level English skills.
• Strong customer communication and coordination capabilities.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management.
• Strong experience and understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Digital Transformation.
• Experience in Core-Banking/Channels/Payments/Wealth-Management solution implementations.
• Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
