The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.

Who Youll become

As a Technology Consultant you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business this early-career role you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTPapplying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement release adoption usage monitoring and value realization.

Youll develop skills in IT strategy SAP technologies cloud solutions and AI learning hands-on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.

This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting where youll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions use AI to improve outcomes and grow your career in a collaborative supportive team environment.

What youll do:

As part of the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting Technology Consultant Associates will:

• Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program
• Participate in classroom learning simulations and real-customer engagement scenarios
• Support solution implementation activities including fit-to-standard analysis configuration integration testing cutover and go-live using SAP Activate
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance
• Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles
• Support post-go-live adoption activities including enablement planning and release adoption
• Help monitor usage consumption indicators KPIs and value realization metrics
• Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post-deployment business impact
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality adoption insights and documentation efficiency
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners Enterprise Architects delivery teams and partners to maintain alignment
• Learn and apply SAP methodologies agile practices and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards knowledge assets and customer experience

Expectations and Tasks:

• Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality responsiveness and professionalism
• Ensure disciplined execution documentation and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities
• Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles responsibilities and ownership
• Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning
• Ensure alignment between customer objectives SAP recommendations and realized outcomes
• Uphold SAP standards for quality governance and engagement excellence

What You Bring

• STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
• 13 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields with exposure to enterprise application environments.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end solution designs including integration points and applicable standards.
• Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio interoperability and full lifecycle implementation support.
• Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling ABAP data management GRC and core security concepts (SSO authorization management).
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. ABAP Python JavaScript SQL).
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and interest in AI/automation-driven innovation.
• SAP coursework or certification in SAP Technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabicto effectively engage with our global and local network

SAPs employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and general our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program which will likely involve participants spending two (2) weeks spread across one trip in San Ramon California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.

During intensive phases of the program it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.
