DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Engineering, Integration and Operations business area of Leidos has an opening for an Equipment Maintenance Functional/Technical Subject Matter Expert. Working out of Qatar, the appointed individual is responsible for overseeing and supporting the comprehensive operations and maintenance of systems and equipment across all contract locations. Their duties include addressing and resolving issues, problems, and concerns related to designated ATCALS, C2 equipment, and associated support equipment such as generators, HVACs/ECUs. This oversight aims to ensure continuous flight safety, maintain an orderly flow of air traffic, and guarantee the availability of critical ATC and C2 communications/data. The designee collaborates with Contractor site leads, Contractor Maintenance personnel, and Government personnel to gather necessary information for root cause analysis. They make determinations, design courses of action, and offer advice or decisions to promptly resolve issues, problems, and concerns. The designee must possess a thorough familiarity with assigned ATCALS and C2 equipment, including standard maintenance practices, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair techniques, and maintenance documentation.• Twelve (12) years of consecutive ATCALS, C2, and support equipment experience working with both fixed and deployable systems.• Documented experience managing ATCALS and C2 equipment, technicians, maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repair techniques, maintenance documentation, and working with logistics/supply chain personnel and agencies.• Education: Graduate of an approved DoD RAWS (or legacy equivalent) or C2 7-level course or higher.Original Posting Date:While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above
