Job Summary
Prepare detailed ID drawings layouts sections elevations joinery details and material specifications.
Translate design intent into accurate buildable technical drawings and tender packages.
Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration of ID elements.
Develop finishes schedules material boards and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements.
achelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
510 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of interior materials finishes joinery fabrication and detailing.
Knowledge of UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality Trakhees DDA ADM etc.).
