Responsibilities • Prepare and cook dishes in the Tandoor oven, including chopping, marinating, and grilling meats. • Prepare and cook Tandoori bread such as naan, roti, and paratha. • Maintain the Tandoor oven and ensure it is clean and in good working condition. • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food. • Monitor food quality and ensure that it meets the restaurant's standards. • Plan menus and specials with the head chef. • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
