Job Description


Objectives:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. Ensures the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. Devises and implements sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Creates and implements end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Forms close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs with internal and external stakeholders.
Clients minded and goal-oriented focus and has a problem-solving attitude.
Determines selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
Sources applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, Smart recruiter, and other professional networks.
Takes the lead in the implementation and coordination of the different talent and performance initiatives.
Creates job descriptions and interviews questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Identifies and refines the most suitable talent from available candidates.
Works closely with the management to support the overall employee engagement.
Consults with management to implement a better and more efficient process for recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, video calls, and in-person interviews.
Specific point of contact for the recruitment-related topics of your assigned organization scope.
Provides clear and accurate recruitment - sales reports and analyses.

Requirements



Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes and best practices.
Must have experience in consulting, outsourcing, or another high demanding environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge with the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, to do, OneDrive.)
Strives to achieve satisfaction and delight of employees and clients. Detail-oriented and hands-on.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated.
Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Must have an immaculate personal presentation.
Must have knowledge of computer systems and other IT-related applications. Upholds ethical business practices.
Must have a bachelor s degree in Human Resources, psychology, or any other related field. Certification obtained from the HR Certification institute would be advantageous.
Must have ATS knowledge (Zoho Recruit, Bloovo, Bullhorn, E-recruit, or any other related application).

Requirements: 10+ years of experience. Experience in research development, business development, proposal development, project management, research administration, or a closely related field. Sufficient understanding and expertise across the technology lifecycle, TRL, including: R&D and IP strategy, engineering, scale-up, project development, economic evaluation, supply chain development, risk evaluation and mitigation, as well as strategy and business development. Deep experience of developing business cases for new technology- based products or solutions. Background in science and engineering.
