- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish team work.
- Creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
- Getting Information – Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, Document Management Systems (preferably in Accounts & Finance).
- Understanding business requirements and implementation details of all systems as well as the system dependencies and interfaces between them.
- Controlling the execution process of Testing lifecycle to make sure it goes as planned with allocated time and resources, or adapting accordingly.
- Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management.
- Perform GAP analysis , discover weaknesses threats, low control and suggest desired optimal solution
- Writing management/technical reports
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
- As part of project development or business application or process enhancement, assists in the development of cost-effective and practical information security systems, procedures and controls.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
- Writing Emails /letters & archiving documents.
