The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) seeks a talented and innovative System Design and Implementation Specialist for our groundbreaking project Enhancing Programming Course Outcomes through Gamification and AIdriven Personalized Learning. This role focuses on the technical development and implementation of a cuttingedge gamified learning platform incorporating frontend (mobile Flutter and React for web) and Node.js for backend alongside research responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the gamified learning platform using Flutter for mobile and React for web applications. Implement robust backend solutions using Node.js. Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AIdriven personalized learning features.
• Research and Development Support: Contribute to research activities related to system design and user experience. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the platform in educational settings.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the platform to ensure functionality and user experience. Implement best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with researchers educators and developers. Communicate technical aspects to nontechnical team members.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field. Strong experience in frontend development with React and mobile development with Flutter. Proficiency in Node.js for backend development. Experience in implementing AIdriven systems is highly desirable. Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
