- Monitoring System Performance and Troubleshooting Server Issues.
- Upgrade Server hardware with new releases and models.
- Install and upgrade Server components and software, manage virtual and physical servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assesing impact of issues.
- Build an internal repository of Technical Documentation and configuration guides.
- Proven Experience as a System Administrator role for last 5 years minimum.
