Job Summary
Develop and implement training programs coach students
and enhance their fundamental swimming skills.
Organize tournaments and sports events.
Supervise swimming team training sessions and develop
students technical skills.
Organize training sessions and practice meets for the
swimming team to participate in internal and external
competitions and tournaments.
Identify and recruit talented student athletes develop their
skills and prepare them to join university teams.
Promote teamwork discipline and commitment among
athletes and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of
athletic performance.
Prepare athlete lists participant records performance
statistics and team reports.
Qualification: Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or a
specialization in the field.
Holds a valid Lifeguard certification from a recognized
organization.
Holds a valid First Aid certification.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in training
university students
