Job Summary

Supervise Electrical Instrumentation & Telecom (EIT) site activities and field personnel ensuring work is executed safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with approved drawings specifications international standards and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise EIT construction activities and field teams.
  • Monitor daily progress productivity quality and schedule.
  • Conduct toolbox talks site walks and promote safe work practices.
  • Interpret approved EIT drawings layouts wiring diagrams and technical documents.
  • Oversee installation of cables trays lighting power/control systems instruments panels earthing fire & gas and communication systems.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve site technical issues.
  • Monitor punch-list closure inspections and construction documentation.
  • Prepare progress reports and manpower forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications procedures HSE and quality requirements.


Requirements

Requirements

  • 6 years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies/subcontractors.
  • Electrical Instrumentation or Telecom construction background.
  • Middle East CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse international teams.
  • Good knowledge of NEC/NFPA IEEE NEMA and IEC standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and subcontractor management skills.
  • PTW LOTO and Arc Flash training; ATEX preferred.
