What You'll Do
- Build and implement scalable HR policies and programs that balance legal risk with business impact. Help craft internal guidelines, procedures, change management processes and communications
- Monitor the complex and rapidly changing network of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, spot compliance issues, propose and then implement solutions
- Advise, lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, Government Relations, and other COE’s on complex projects to sustain and enhance HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead partnerships with applicable HR COE’s like People Operations Compensation, Recruiting, DEI and Benefits to identify possible process changes needed because of new or modified policies
