- Crisis Management Program
- Provide continual and proactive input and guidance for program and process improvements.
- Develop and implement enterprise and regionally specific processes;
- Continually develop CMT members and corporate stakeholder relationships, and their roles and responsibilities and engage with them on improvements.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship of the embedded Crisis Management and Intelligence Analyst.
- Coordinate and execute ongoing crisis management training and exercises (including materials, scheduling, etc);
- Coordinate crisis management response actions and after-action reports and improvements.
