SUPPLY CHAIN

Primary purpose of job
Provide expert level contract management services and practical assistance to the project team in all stages of the project

such as tendering execution and close out. Coordinate with project team and provide input to Contracting and procurement

strategy for the project and assess risks pros and cons. Ensure efficient and effective implementation of the purchasing

processes and undertake the procurement of materials and equipment for Category purchasing groups from assigning of

Purchase Requisition to delivery and payment to suppliers.

• Possession of sound knowledge of Contracts Law is desirable.
• Proficient in contractual correspondence contract verbatim report writing with analytical logical and problemsolving

• Thorough understanding of engineering procurement construction techniques for various contract types like

• Knowledge of incoterms and commercial implications
• Computer literate and able to use this knowledge for contract analysis evaluation of statistical data both historical

and projected.

• Prepare high quality submissions for Tender committee and frame recommendations with input from project team

• Experience in SAP transactions is desirable

Education
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering Discipline or equivalent and status of certification with

international organization will be advantageous. A post graduate qualification in Contract Management or Project

Management is desirable.
