As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. Your role will encompass various aspects of project management, client relationship building, social media strategy, reporting, and upselling services. Responsibilities: • Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources, set timelines, and monitor project progress. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates. • Understand client needs and expectations to deliver customized solutions. • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives. • Stay updated on industry trends and social media platforms to provide innovative solutions. • Monitor social media channels and engage with relevant conversations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans. • Propose creative and effective strategies to achieve client objectives. • Provide clients with regular updates and analysis to demonstrate the impact of our services. • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that align with client needs. • Clearly communicate the value proposition of additional services to clients. • Work towards achieving revenue targets through upselling initiatives. • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to discuss project status, address concerns, and gather feedback. • Act as the sole point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and managing expectations effectively.
