Site ManagerSenior Construction manager

• Good construction experience in Oil and Gas domain covering both green field and Brown field projects. • Good experience in managing a green field EPIC construction site. • Good understanding of planning & scheduling Construction, Commissioning and Handover is required. • Experience in managing the construction sites such as Gas processing plants, Hydrocarbon gas transportation piping Bottling plants is highly desirable. • Must have outstanding capability of maintaining cordial working relation with Client (Include state run energy companies), engineering consultants, third party consultants and vendors the candidate must be conversant with Team management, Material management, time management at site. • Must be able to identify the construction risks and prepare mitigation measures as required. • Must be a team player who can maintain a cordial leadership among the team and motivate them. • Must be able to liaise with various stake holders involved such as Vendors, Engineering consultants, Sub contractors and he must have good knowledge of QHSE standards and guidelines in Oil and gas industry. • Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation, and the ability to analyze and interpret project data are essential requirements for this position. Skills • Bachelor Degree in Engineering • Minimum 15 years’ experience and with good communication, coordination and management skills. • Experience in managing similar projects under major oil & gas industries in Qatar is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure, coupled with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
