Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Visiting JAFZA, cargo village, DAFZA for shipment Inspection purpose.
• Picking up shipping documentation from LSP's.
• Verification of shipping documents by coordinating with internal product departments.
• Recording important shipping details in company's internal tracker.
• Creating AWB's and preparing couriers.
• Verifying invoices with the specific country restrictions, HS codes and brands.
• Coordination and communication with SGS to process the certificates.
• Communicating with LSP teams for shipment collection and confirmation.
• Applying for chamber on Dubai Chamber website.
• Following up with Dubai chamber of commerce to resolve concerns.
• Resolving consignee and LSP disputes regarding delivery of shipment
