Shift Mechanical Technician DRP

Position: Technician DRP Mechanical Shift

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Shift Senior Mechanic and contractors in all mechanical maintenance activities.
• Execute preventive corrective and major maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Inspect equipment to meet engineering safety and quality standards.
• Follow the companys mechanical maintenance standards and OEM recommendations.
• Adhere to all safety health environmental and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI Technical Certificate (Mechanical)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) or Direct Reduction Plant (DRP) mechanical maintenance in a steel plant
• Experience in oil & gas or other process industries is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
