- Ensure safety norms & protocols in all operational activities.
- Coordination with operation team (Operators & Helpers) for plant operation.
- Ensure proper operation of all electro-mechanical equipment from SCADA.
- Ensure no abnormality in any equipment.
- Ensure proper disposal of screened materials, grit & sludge.
- Ensuring proper CEB of UF trains.
- Ensuring the contractual guaranteed parameters.
- Ensure proper sampling on scheduled interval.
- Ensure housekeeping of plant.
- Ensure data logging on time.
- Ensure proper dosing of process chemicals.
- Maintain proper documentation including daily report.
- Maintain chemical stock.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals & consumables.
