Job Summary
Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to generate new business maintain client relationships and contribute to the overall sales goals of the property. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts identifying market opportunities and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue and enhancing the market position of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments ensuring regular engagement and retention.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls networking and participation in industry events.
Sales Execution: Develop and present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives and client needs.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities market trends and client needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and achievements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Marketing and Event teams to ensure alignment on pricing promotions and service delivery.
Client Visits & Inspections: Organize and conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
CRM Management: Update and manage client information using the companys CRM system ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows exhibitions and sales missions to promote brand visibility and business growth.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies sales procedures and legal requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.
Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
