• Process full-cycle Philippines payroll on a monthly basis for 150-plus employees; • Assist with processing US and international payrolls; • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll-related transactions are processed timely and accurately • Manage the timecard submission and approval process for hourly employees and provide support to management regarding timecard questions or issues • Prepares and audits all payroll data for periodic processing including; new hires, salary changes, transfers, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related items • Review, reconcile, and process periodic employee expense reimbursement reports • Initiate off-cycle payments for terminations timely by preparing and administering checks within federal/state regulatory timeframes • Participate in preparing payroll-related GL reports for month-end close • Participate in internal/external payroll-related audits and requests • Assist with maintaining the Payroll inbox by answering payroll inquiries from employees, business partners, and management • Provides support to the Human Resources team to help resolve payroll-related matters • Perform any other relevant work or duties as requested or assigned by the Head of Payroll Qualifications: • 5-6 years of experience with processing Philippines payroll and other international payrolls. • Familiarity with stock payroll processing • Experience with business expense reimbursement processing • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under strict deadlines • Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study • Experience with Workday and CloudPay required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets • Experience with high-growth companies preferred
