Senior OT Cybersecurity

We have been present in Qatar for over 35 years and with over 350 employees to date and we are growing rapidly. Thales in Qatar is part of our Middle East business that has 1,800 people across Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, KSA, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE. Our people are working on two major urban rail projects; the Doha Metro and Lusail Tramway and providing security and communications systems for Hamad International Airport and Doha Port as well as delivering world-class In-Flight entertainment and Connectiivity systems. JOB OBJECTIVE Lead client engagements and provide global technical leadership. Define and Deliver Cybersecurity Consultancy and Solutions (architectures, frameworks, processes…) to clients with OT environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Cybersecurity Consultant: • Lead Clients Engagements, provide cyber technical leadership, and produce cybersecurity deliverables. • Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships; developing an awareness of cyber services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; • Design and develop cybersecurity architectures for ICS/OT systems and networks. • Deliver security programs, strategies, and frameworks with associated KPIs • Develop and Execute Risk Assessment/Management processes, and communicate findings to different stakeholders • Develop and review technical architectures and conduct systems and network security strategic planning • Develop and conduct cybersecurity technical and vulnerability assessment for complex systems • Use/Develop/Adapt risk assessment methodologies and tools for both IT and OT systems • Perform security risk assessments of both IT and OT systems • Check compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies and guidance on cybersecurity and information risk management (PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27K, Privacy, etc) • Derive cyber security requirements and recommendations for action according to regulatory requirements • Assessing the efficacy of existing security measures and controls • Carry out IT and OT security analyses, assessments and audits • Coordinate penetration testing services • Develop security policies and procedures As project Manager • Establish & update project requirements baseline with the Bid Manager and the Capture Leader, • Establish & update project execution baseline (project structure, partners & supplier contractual data, management plans, costs, budgets, resourced schedule, risks and mitigations) • Initialize the project: identify key project stakeholders, set the project organization, start-up project activities, • Lead the project launch review and involves all stakeholders: project team, Management Plan and associated documents, • Execute, monitor and control the project • Control the project and ensure the respect of the stakeholders’ commitments, while mastering risks and opportunities, • Control requirements, costs & schedule during execution • Manage project quality, customer & stakeholders satisfaction • Drive the project with strong contractual awareness • Conduct regular progress review meetings, reporting the project progress to the company senior management and to the customer
