Senior Manager Planning

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Planning Manager to lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and buildings programs. You will shape robust baselines drive project performance and provide clear insights that help our clients make confident decisions.

• Lead all planning scheduling and project controls activities for major building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop review and manage baseline revised recovery and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress critical path activities and key contractual milestones.
• Evaluate and manage EOT submissions delay analyses and Time Impact Assessments (TIA).
• Review contractor programs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide strategic planning advice to Project Directors and senior management.
• Lead planning meetings and present project performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays.
• Oversee project controls reporting forecasting and schedule risk management.
• Mentor and manage planning engineers and project controls staff.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of planning experience on major building and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated delivery of multiple completed projects valued at AED 800 million.
• Strong experience in large complex and detailed building developments.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure projects including roads utilities and associated civil works.
• Extensive experience in Extension of Time (EOT) assessments delay analysis and claims management.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls methodologies.
• Excellent presentation stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience leading planning teams and interfacing directly with clients consultants and contractors.
