Senior Manager Data & AI

• Lead and manage end-to-end data and AI projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee data collection processing modeling and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity security and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers understanding their data needs and challenges.
• Present AI and data-driven solutions to clients translating technical concepts into business value.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Work on business development opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets for AI and data solutions.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solution design proposal development and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI-driven offerings and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI machine learning and data analytics trends to drive innovation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices in data management and AI integration.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in data management AI solutions or a related field.
• Strong expertise in handling data projects AI-driven solutions and business intelligence.
• Experience in customer-facing roles pre-sales and business development.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics machine learning models and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL Python AI frameworks and data visualization tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark Hadoop etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or a related field.
