Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary **Senior Interior Designer** to join our dynamic design team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design and execution of high-impact interior design projects across diverse typologies in one of the worlds most vibrant design markets. As a Senior Interior Designer you will combine strategic design leadership with client engagement and mentorship ensuring projects are delivered with exceptional design quality technical excellence and operational efficiency.   • Develop and execute design and construction document drawings from concept through completion for assigned projects in accordance with project requirements applicable UAE building codes and established design criteria
  • Create compelling design presentations renderings and sketches to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough space planning and layout analysis ensuring optimal functionality while maintaining aesthetic excellence
  • Apply expertise in color theory materials selection and aesthetic form to create cohesive and visually striking interior environments
  • Prepare detailed interior architecture specifications and construction documents including FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment) documentation
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes ADA requirements and UAE-specific regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects engineers and project managers to integrate design solutions seamlessly
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication feedback incorporation and transparent project updates
  • Research and evaluate vendor documents materials and furnishings to support informed design decisions
  • Support less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and implement modifications efficiently while maintaining design integrity
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging design technologies and best practices in interior design

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Interior Design Architecture or related field
  • 6 years of professional interior design experience in commercial corporate or hospitality projects
  • Professional license: National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification or equivalent
  • Proficiency in design software including Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)
  • Strong working knowledge of building codes space planning and ADA compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive interior design packages and construction documents
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
