Sub-Business Unit Overview: Digital & Innovation KPMG’s Digital & Innovation unit helps our clients develop and accelerate their approach to digital transformation. More than that, D&I helps clients manage the many types of risk that come with new technology, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and others. Most important, D&I offers a strategic advantage in a world defined and often led by technology. Role Overview As a Senior Consultant in Digital Strategy, you will be a key member of our team, providing professional advice and guidance to clients in the areas of digital transformation, strategy, and operations. Your role will involve assisting in translating customer needs into business technology solutions, supporting decision-making processes around digital roadmap and business case development, and delivering value-driven consultancy services. Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to digital transformation. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization. • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the client's business goals and industry best practices. • Advise clients on emerging digital technologies, trends, and innovations that can drive process efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth. • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate digital transformation initiatives and provide recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices in digital transformation methodologies. • Support clients in their digital transformations by leveraging your management consulting experience in digital technologies or other industries. • Develops external network and continues to develop knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity and products/services. • Contributes to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables, or other valuable engagement knowledge. Ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm. • Executes deliverables to a level that meet member firm’s Quality standards within a commercial context. • Starts to establish networks with clients and across relevant professional bodies and associations and will participate in internal and external professional activities to develop this network. • Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of knowledge resources.
