What the role covers

• Deliver espresso-based drinks and brew methods to a consistent standard every service
• Own the coffee station: clean stocked and compliant at all times
• Hold quality and speed through a full morning rush
• Share your knowledge with guests without lecturing them

What were looking for

• Two to three years as a barista in a quality-focused high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of espresso brew methods milk texture and coffee origins
• Fluent English; a second European language is an advantage
