  1. AKHIL System Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the AKHIL System, ensuring efficient utilization, troubleshooting, and customization as per the hospital’s requirements.
  2. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AKHIL System with other hospital applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  3. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on AKHIL System functionalities. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. System Optimization: Implement best practices and workflows to optimize the AKHIL System, enhancing efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of hospital information systems.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven 8 years of experience as a Senior Application Specialist with a focus on hospital information systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AKHIL System.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
