We are looking for an upscale casual or fast-casual restaurant Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager with a people-first, hands-on management style, including both employees and customers.
Chef/Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of management experience over a scratch, farm-to-table kitchen in a branded setting
- $3+ Million revenue experience
- Good tenure with former employment
- Strong culinary skills, including fabricating meat and seafood
- Successful financial management skills
- Proven ability to develop a kitchen team
Chef/Executive Kitchen Manager Compensation:
- Base compensation in the $75,000 to $82,000 range.
- Achievable bonus up to $12,000 annually, up to $1,000 paid monthly, averages 60-75%
