Role
▪ Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to systems, services, and associated server hardware and operating systems, network devices (WAPs, switches…etc.), CIFS shares, Active Directory user accounts and group permissions.
▪️ Perform Azure Management-related activities.
▪️ Provide support for Exchange Online, SMTP Gateway Servers, Email Security Appliances
Requirements
▪️ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
▪️ Preferred certifications: MCSE, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Linux+
