Sales Manager ( Quality foams and Mattresses)

Dar Al Naseej, a manufacturing company of finest mattresses in Doha, Qatar is in need of a Sales & Marketing Manager with the below qualifications: • BSc degree in business administration or (equivalent) • MBA is preferred • 10-12 years of experience as a sales manager in the foam and mattress industry and sales field. • Five years' experience in a management position. • Advanced user in Microsoft office suite • Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, Dynamics, Excel). • Intermediate command in Arabic and English Language The eligible candidate shall possess the below competencies: Continuous Development • Initiative • Change leadership • Values and Ethics • Problem solving • readiness • Accountability client focus • planning and organizing • communication The recruitment cycle will take an average of 1 month and the candidate will go through the below selection phases: 1.
