Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an IT Service Manager. Come and join an agile, cross-functional and highly motivated team in the realm of SME business, dealing with innovative as well as day to day topics from technical and business side in an exciting environment!

Employment Info:
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week and 8 hours/day)
  • Location: Vienna, Austria - Nearly remote
  • Only 1 day/month onsite visit is requested (travel costs will be remunerated for this 1 day travel to Vienna)
  • Working hours: Central Europe working time
  • Starting Date: 1st March 2023
  • Duration: long-term, until 31st December 2023 (may be extended / terminated earlier)
  • Prerequisite: EU citizenship

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for service and application management of SME Lending solution
  • Work within an agile tribe organization covering the service management aspects
  • Be part of the yearly budgeting process
  • Cost monitoring & invoices checking/tracking
  • Track and manages all SLAs, internal and external
  • With third parties enabling the service delivery (asseco, Merlin, Rice etc)
  • With NWUs recipient to the service
  • Support the NWUS with the outsourcing
  • Support the network banks with the outsourcing package
  • Continuous improving system and process documentation
  • Acquiring application-specific knowledge for providing technical support
  • Coordinating and supporting activities related to business continuity / disaster recovery tests
  • Ensuring that proper IT processes and controls are setup as per the ITPF framework


Requirements

  • IT domain know-how, preferably hands-on in one of the subdomains
  • Experience as a Service Manager preferrable in the banking industry
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
