- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensures achievement of company sales goals, distribution and profitability.
- Responsible for Target setting by Brand, Family, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Manage Rebate agreement with Retailers & ensure growth & Profit.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives and to ensure work efficiency and to Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Ensure Products listing & Distribution on time & in line with Brand Principal Direction to gain more market share.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed to get the budgeted results.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to Understand development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
- Conducts regular coaching and analysis with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
- Control credit limit per customer & ensure collection on time
- Control Stock Ageing as per company policy
- Accountable for the full business, managing P&L
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years in sales management or Marketing Management experience with FMCG or Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances background.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Equivalent
