You must have good experience in handling customers from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure both direct as well as thru EPC / Channel partners Sound understanding of market, customers/competitors with good technical knowledge is a prerequisite. Possessing mature & dynamic personality with good communication skills to handle customers at all levels. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! • Total 10-15 years of relevant experience • Shall have very good understanding of Middle East Market • Shall be Team player and should have a clear understanding of working in multi-cultural environment. • Demonstrate complete understanding of Electrical Networks in Power Distribution particularly in MV 11kV to 33kV networks. • Have in-depth knowledge of Air Insulated and Gas Insulated Switchgear (Up to 33kV) • Demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for the Power Transmission & Distribution business. • Shall have extensive knowledge of proposing fit digitalization solution based on Customer needs. • Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organization. • Self-driven individual with clear goal in achieving aggressive growth targets in all markets • Build and enhance customer relationships which enables repetitive business. • Developing customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution. • Establish close collaboration with stake holders like Tendering, Business Administration, Execution teams within the Business Unit which enables flawless performance throughout the sales cycle. • Customer satisfaction evaluations, plans, and follow through. • Demonstration of commercial and technical expertise in specific market. • Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region. • Evolve various business models like JV’s/Silent Consortium/Open Consortium options depending on the Customer requirements.
