- Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through the deployment accounts, as well as prospecting new business through the source markets assigned. The key measurement of performance will be performance versus the revenue goals
- Responsible for key accounts management & leading the government segment. Managing regional accounts within various geographic areas especially GCC, ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing the market share for government segments either business travellers or MICE
- Responsible for prospecting new accounts and qualifying volume producer accounts
- Responsible for the government & diplomatic business performance, establish/maintain business relationships locally & within the GCC markets
- Conduct site inspections and participate in travel shows, GSO activities
- Manage TMC key accounts, to enhance corporate production through the GDS channel
