Job Summary

Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers across industries such as hospitality retail healthcare education corporate offices logistics facilities and events through calls emails LinkedIn exhibitions networking referrals and other sales activities.

Customer Requirement & Solution Selling: Understand the customers operational requirement budget and intended use case then recommend the most suitable robot software rental or purchase solution. Explain product capabilities limitations applications and expected business value clearly.

Demonstrations Proposals & Closing: Conduct showroom demonstrations client meetings presentations and site visits where required. Prepare quotations and proposals using approved pricing and commercial terms follow up consistently handle customer questions and work towards closing the sale.

CRM Follow-Up & Payment Coordination: Maintain accurate records of leads meetings quotations follow-ups and opportunity status in the CRM. Ensure no active lead is left without follow-up and coordinate with customers for required documents approvals and payments before project handover.

Sales Target & Internal Coordination: Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets while coordinating with technical software logistics and project teams to ensure the solution sold can be delivered according to the agreed scope timeline and customer expectations.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales business development technology sales or a similar role.

Strong communication negotiation presentation and follow-up skills.

Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a simple commercial way.

Market experience and an existing B2B network would be an advantage.
