BioTechnique is a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolytics manufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and high potency sterile injectable fill-finish services. BioTechnique s project management and client services staff work closely with our clients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and optional lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible to assist in day-to-day activities related to BioTechnique, PSC University, PSC Software and PSC Biotech Corporation. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development."

  • Act as the primary host at BioTechnique. Arrange accommodations, coordinate travel, arrange meals, and gifts for visitors. Greet customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
  • Provide phone coverage for PSC Biotechs main line in addition to BioTechnique and accommodate, schedule, and coordinate all requests.
  • Drive communication and close out all action items for BioTechnique administrative duties.
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across the BioTechnique team.
  • Manage front desk/lobby, when appropriate, to receive visitors and vendors.
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Record meeting minutes and disseminate meeting minutes as required.
  • Assist in coordinating team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Manage emails and email responses for clients and partners.
  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying and communicating solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment rentals for the York site; Mail packages, as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and university relations for interns and entry level staff by attending local universities to identify exceptional students and new hires.
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new hires for BioTechnique, (training, computer, office space, IT access etc.) Serves as liaison with technical support staff for office equipment.
  • Support Business Development team and required tasks and follow-ups.
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing additional related tasks and projects as needed.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Life Sciences or other suitable major.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with project management/coordination, recruiting, human resources, and/or client relationship management within the life sciences or professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong technical abilities.
  • Highly organized in planning and time management, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and driven.
  • Ability to meet objectives by responding to competing and changing priorities and multiple tasks under inflexible timelines.
