Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the greater San Diego area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient s health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. This is a mobile position visiting patients at various locations.

Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals

• Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience
  

• PTO: 10 days paid vacation, 6 - 7 federal holidays and 5 sick days.

Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation.
  

• Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
  

• Provides leadership in the practice location.
  

• Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with California Law
  

• Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
  

• Sees about 5 to 8 patients a day
  

Nurse Practitioner - Requirements

• Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner program required
