- Operating in a technical environment, the job holder is expected to utilise expertise from OEMs to evaluate high impact issues, as the project rotating equipment subject matter expert, present options and assist management in making timely decisions to ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed schedule and costs.
- Major challenges of this role are (1) identifying, developing and introducing best practices to drive a common approach and strategy within project specifications (2) leading the complexities of a multi-cultural, multi-national and multi-venture organisation and (3) managing contractor’s Mechanical Rotating Team and Packing Engineers.
