Manage reservations walk-ins waiting lists and table allocations efficiently.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus in accordance with service standards.

Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate guest preferences VIPs and special occasions to the team.

Respond to guest enquiries and requests providing accurate information about menus promotions and outlet facilities.

Monitor guest flow table availability and waiting times to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Coordinate closely with the restaurant service team and management to ensure seamless guest service.

Maintain the hostess area and personal presentation to the highest standards of cleanliness grooming and professionalism.

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and multiple guest requests efficiently.

Professional confident and well-presented with excellent grooming standards.

Ability to remain calm positive and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
