Resident Engineer Consultancy
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee construction supervision and site operations for major high-rise luxury and large-scale developments in the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have strong consultancy-side experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically working as a Resident Engineer and proven experience on Emaar projects.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of overall engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer with a consultancy.
- Previous Emaar project experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in high-rise luxury mixed-use and large-scale developments.
- Experience working on a wide range of construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction supervision quality control and project specifications.
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards regulations and authority requirements.
- Experience coordinating with clients consultants contractors and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of technical submissions shop drawings material approvals and method statements.
- Ability to monitor project progress quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
Requirements

- Monitor construction progress quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the client contractor consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Review and monitor technical submissions shop drawings method statements and material approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or construction issues.
- Manage technical problems and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Attend progress and technical meetings with clients and contractors.
- Maintain proper project documentation reports and site records.
- Ensure construction works meet the required quality safety cost and time standards.
Required Skills:
