• Demonstrating working capabilities to represent the Compliance Inspection team and managing the the works within the parameters established.
• Overseeing the performance of the inspection team in testing and inspections (testing, final inspections, close out and handover).
• Demonstrating knowledge in Architectural works, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrating experience and capability in all aspects of relevant discipline within the construction field.
• Handling multiple Inspections in parallel
• Providing updates to colleagues within the team as well as management.
• Demonstrating ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional firm image.
• Understanding, identifying, and assessing project risk and sharing this with the wider team to ensure works are not impacted.
• Communicating effectively, both in verbal and written communication.
