- Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Kernkundschaft und zu Fachstellen in einem globalen Hauptsitzumfeld. Funktion als zentrale Anlaufstelle für eigentümerspezifische Immobilienthemen
- Koordination und Steuerung von internen und externen Stakeholdern wie bspw. technischen Projektleiter:innen
- Rolle als eigentümerseitiger Enabler für digitale Innovationsprojekte, insbesondere im Bereich Smart Building
- Eigenständige Leitung von kleinen bis mittleren Projekten
- Verantwortung und Koordination der Immobilienbewirtschaftung, -instandhaltung und
