Urban Capital Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate agent must be a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and its unique requirements for marketing, sourcing properties, and associating with real estate developers. Below are the key duties and responsibilities of this role: - Generating leads for apartments & closing deals - Sourcing residential properties - Target oriented - Prepare business development strategies. - Cold calls with Landlords and property developers • *Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree - Must have minimum 2 years Qatar real estate experience. - Qatar valid driving license & Own a Car - Strong sales & negotiation skill - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations - Good communication in English & Arabic • *Job Type**: Full time & Immediate Joining • *Salary**: Allowance + 40% commission
