Assists in the preparation of comparative statements for subcontractors' quotations including verification of subcontractor compliance with specifications/qualifications for further review. Any other departmental related activities such as post-tender metrics, as instructed by the Chief. Quantities are prepared based on conceptual drawings. Obtaining and expanding the knowledge base in all matters related to buildings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works and related to specific projects. By achieving all commercial and contractual matters. Assists in managing customer site instructions and change orders. Prepares all payment request details to be included in the main monthly application for certification.
