- Sets a good example to the workforce by following all policies, procedures, and practices; keeps work area/equipment clean and orderly.
- Shall evaluate work sites to ensure operations follow the Performance Work Statement (PWS), V2X policies and procedures, and Federal and Local requirements
- Provide technical support to area supervisors/managers in development of corrective and preventive actions for compliance deficiencies.
- Document internal corrective action reports (iCAR) and external corrective action reports (eCAR) in EVA.
- Conduct inspections and audits and document in the Quality Management System (EVA).
- Observes compliance during workplace inspections and documents behavior traits during audits. May provide individual behavior-based coaching as needed.
- Prepares professional reports for AFCAP PMO, site and functional managers on compliance and observations.
- Prepares quality reports (weekly/monthly), and deliverables for the V2XQuality Department and USG.
- Ensure the customer comment program is maintained, and data is reported.
- Recommend and initiate Process Improvement Projects.
- Works with Safety Specialist towards a shared vision for value added safety and quality performance.
- Performs other duties and assignments as stipulated in the PWS and/or SOP.
