- Analyze and evaluate information related to business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing issues, economic trends, and the development of new products for consideration by the management team.
- Research and recommend alternative methods and procedures to senior management for problem-solving and adapting to changing market opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate and establish company policies, operating procedures, and goals aligned with current and future opportunities.
- Develop and modify product quality plans, delineating areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within the program.
- Review technical problems and procedures in various departments, recommending solutions or changes as needed.
